Day 1 - Arrival in Uganda – Transfer to Hotel in Kampala
Welcome to the Pearl of Africa!
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you’ll be met by your driver/guide who will warmly welcome you to Uganda. Enjoy a scenic transfer to your hotel in Kampala, the vibrant capital city. Depending on your arrival time, you may have the option to explore local markets or enjoy a relaxing evening at the hotel.

Drive from Kampala to Buhoma – Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Into the Jungle Highlands
After an early breakfast, depart Kampala for a full-day road journey to Buhoma sector of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, located in southwestern Uganda. The drive offers beautiful views of Uganda’s countryside—rolling hills, banana plantations, and rural villages. You’ll stop en route for lunch and scenic photo opportunities, possibly crossing the equator. Arrive in Buhoma in the late afternoon or early evening.

Day 3 - Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Today is the highlight of your safari—gorilla trekking! After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing before venturing into the dense rainforest. Guided by experienced rangers, you’ll track one of the habituated gorilla families. The trek can take 2 to 6 hours depending on the location of the gorillas. Once found, you’ll spend an unforgettable hour observing their behaviors, social interactions, and majestic presence.
Day 4 : Drive Back to Entebbe – Departure
Farewell Uganda
After breakfast, begin your return journey to Entebbe via Kampala. Enjoy the scenic drive and reminisce about your gorilla encounter. You’ll stop for lunch and stretch breaks along the way. Depending on your flight time, you’ll be dropped at Entebbe International Airport for your departure or overnight accommodation if needed.
